Purchasing from Morecambe FC is a simple and straightforward process. Here are some of the most common questions we get asked by our customers.
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Orders are shipped between business working hours of Tuesday – Friday and are usually dispatched within 48 business hours of your order being placed. Orders are dispatched via a Royal Mail tracked service. UK delivery times are estimated as receipt of goods within 48hrs. Please refer to your tracking information for more details.
Do you ship worldwide?
International orders will also follow the same tracked service but can take up to 21 business days, excluding any customs delays, from the date of dispatch. International orders are also insured; however, the customer remains responsible for any customs or import taxes.
Where is my order?
If you've received a dispatch email advising that your order is on its way, you'll be able to track it using the link received. If you require further assistance, please contact us using the options found at the bottom of the front page of the website. Our preferred method of contact is email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a weight limit to what I can purchase?
No, although we will not post certain items due to their size. If you attempt to purchase an item that we don't post then you will be asked to collect it from the Mazuma Stadium at the checkout stage.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver anywhere in the world, although for security reasons, orders from certain areas with a history of high risk are sometimes held back whilst additional checks are made.
Do you deliver to any address?
Yes. The ability to specify a different shipping address means orders can be received at work and elsewhere.
Can i collect my order from the club shop?
Yes. We offer a click & collect service on most items. Simply place your order online and select the click & collect option at checkout. Once the order is picked and ready for you to collect we will notify you via email.
